Gator Wall System Insulation (Gator Foam)
 The second component to the Gator Wall System is perhaps the most important, the Insulation component. Building codes dictate the amount of courses you can go before having a bond beam. In some cases every 6th course is a bond beam. In that instance, we would erect the first 5 courses and then we would inject specially engineered expandable building foam into the first 5 courses. The foam expands throughout both chambers, developing both an amazing insulation value as well as a structural value, interlocking the block both horizontally and vertically. Once this process is done, you pour a bond beam for your next course, stack the block according to code and then repeat the process.
