Our three proprietary components include:
 GATOR BLOCK
These uniquely engineered concrete masonry units come in five types, including blocks that are pre-cut to accommodate electrical boxes. The five different Gator Wall System block types are: Regular, Half Corner, Electrical (not pictured) and U-block. The combined use of these blocks provides superior building strength versus standard CMU construction. The Gator Wall color system improves speed and productivity throughout the construction process.
GATOR FOAM
Gator Foam is created from two liquid components that combine to create rigid pour insulation with a superior R-value compared to standard construction methods. This low-viscosity foam expands and hardens into the innovatively designed Gator Block chambers. Gator Foam enhances the way Gator Block interlocks and strengthens the structure both horizontally and vertically. In addition to the structural benefit, Gator Foam provides low flame spread and smoke generating numbers as well as superior insulation values.
GATOR MUD
Known as the bonding structure coat, Gator Mud is applied to the interior and exterior walls as a structural enhancer. This coating is textured, shaped and painted to resemble drywall and/or stucco. Once the Gator Mud phase is finished, the remaining construction process is completed with ease. Gator Wall System technologies work together to fashion a durable quality concrete “building shell” that can offer many cost and time-saving advantages:
